FC CUNY Corporation is a full service civil engineering company based in Heath/Rockwall, Texas.  FC CUNY Corporation was established in 1972 under the original name of INTERTECT and was founded by Fred Cuny.

Our Firm specializes in domestic and international services in land planning, civil engineering, environmental work, construction management, owners representation, and through close alliances with sister companies, surveying and architectural design.  We provide our services to criminal justice, commercial, land development and public clients.  Projects range from water and wastewater system design, mixed-use and master-planned community design, to large scale prison and criminal justice facility design.
